Our clients in the education recruitment sector are looking for special individuals who enjoy recruitment and want to move into a very rewarding recruitment sector that is focused on providing a continuity of top quality educators to children in our schools.  This is more than just a Recruitment “numbers” role; you will see the benefits of your hard work every week when you visit school and see your teachers and pupils in action.


You will be generating new business opportunities across the Birmingham area, within Birmingham schools – from primary to secondary.  

There is plenty of scope across the West Midlands to grow a substantial business, so the person we are looking for needs that desire to win business and fill the bookings with quality educators in order to grow their market share.  You will be supported by a compliance and resourcing team.

We are looking for an individual who
Currently works in a busy, dynamic temps recruitment sector:  driving, industrial, social care, education, hospitality, office support etc
Or, has B2B sales experience in a full territory sales role
You also really do need to like sales, this is a business development role
